This was my first pair of Alegria shoes. Alegria, where have you been all my life. As someone with major foot problems (four surgeries) I have struggled to find shoes that are comfortable that I can walk in for a long period of time. These were comfortable right out of the box. Great support. They are like walking on clouds. I am now the proud owner of 7 pairs of Alegria sandals (its only been a week since I found them). I can’t wait to try the clogs.

This is my 3rd pair of slides. I really love these shoes. I wish the arch support was as high as the Vionic sandals I used to have, but it’s not a deal-breaker for me. The shoes are pretty, made well, comfortable and the outside of the back heel does not wear down like my other shoes. I get lots of compliments even though some friends honestly tell me they look orthopedic. I don’t care…foot comfort is important especially at my age (late 50’s). The red Victoriah is vibrant but not loud. I live in south Texas and can wear these mostly year-round.

As I have aged, shoes have not been my friend, a combination of foot issues such as arthritis, bunions and plantar fasciitis have made it very challenging to find especially closed toe shoes. These Alegria Victoriah sandals glide onto my feet like silk and are comfortable all day long….a rare find for me. The interior is soft, the ability to adjust the width is an excellent feature and the incredible anatomical footbed conforms to your feet. These also can be removed should you have your own orthotic. I wear a size 8 in sandals, 8.5 in most shoes and 9 in boots and athletic shoes due to the bunion issue. These were true to size and an 8 fit perfectly. If your feet are as sensitive as mine, then these will work for you, plus it is great that they don’t look like an orthotic shoe! I highly recommend them and look forward to purchasing more colors in the future if they are offered.

Was disappointed to find this was not exactly the same shoe as the one I had returned. I had purchased this same model in gold (i thought it was silver), it had a removable sole. I ordered this one which I expected to be exactly the same except for color. However, it does not have removable sole. I’m disappointed and still undecided as to whether to keep shoe or not.

I love love love this sandal!! It’s so comfy and gives me LOTS of room in my toes, which is important for me. The arch support is moderate/excellent. I don’t buy anything without good arch support. I love Alegria and wait for new styles all the time. Also, this is light enough to pack and not weight down my suitcase like big clogs. Love!!!

I love these shoes!! The fit so well and feel secure on my feet – which some slip-ons don’t. They are VERY comfortable and have great arch support. I have high arches and need support! This particular color was a little flashy for me so I did send them back and got the Victoriah Lotus. These are very attractive in my opinion.

These shoes Just arrived today and I’m pretty excited. I’ve been wearing the same style of NAOT for 15 years and it’s great to find a different shoe with such good support! I put them on and wore them around the house all day and forgot I was wearing new shoes. That’s pretty amazing. I have tried countless shoes and sent them back over the years. Always end up with the same shoe the only one that has worked for me. I’m thrilled!

These fit perfectly, but sadly I had to return them as the sole of the shoe was so hard and inflexible I knew that they would not work for me. The style is very cute and they look nice on the foot.

I already have these sandals in another color — they are the best ever! I am over 70 and have many foot issues but these shoes are comfortable from the moment you put them on — making me feel secure in walking — so easy on the feet — AND so pretty! These are the shoes for the mature woman!

I am an older lady with a pronounced bunion on my right foot. The space between the two top straps are absolutely perfect as they create the space for my bunion to stick out !! So no pain ! These sandals are made well and are really a lovely creation. Thank you to Zappos and to Alegria for creating styles that fit our older feet with bunions !!

I love Alegria shies. Very comfortable. Good for people with foot problems and wide feet. I wear W to WW, have neuroma and plantar fascitis. More comfortable than SAS, Bickenstocks, Danskos.
I wear size 38 and have 7.5 W size feet. In this size I wear 38). Ignore the size indicator that says 8-8.5.
