I was so excited to see these Alegria booties-not too high on leg. I need the width and support from this brand. However, I was very disappointed upon trying these on. There is no padding around ankle and the boot is very stiff and it cut into ankle/leg and rubbed on ankle bone with every step. I’m bummed but had to return.
