These booties are soooo comfortable – no breaking in period was needed. And the red is gorgeous. I got many compliments the first time I wore them. Very happy with this purchase!

The shoe didn’t have enough cushioning.

I can’t review arch support, because I wear orthotics. These were wide enough until the toe box – a bit pointed and too narrow for me. These are also quite heavy, probably because of the decoration.

The shoe was one full size too large for me. Didn’t come in a smaller size. Zappos has the best mail service and customer service I’ve seen.
