it’s sad that ZAPPOS has a return policy that states the item must be returned in new unused condition. however, HOW am i supposed to return a product that yall never checked in properly on it’s LAST RETURN ?!?! yall sent me a used pair of shoes !!
so i will be returning them the way that yall sent them to me !!! unbelievable !!! this is just NOT ACCEPTABLE. $100 for used shoes.
