I have the Alegria Rowen chelsea boot in size 41 & they work for me. I ordered this boot, Alegria Frankie, in size 41 hoping they would fit the same. They are much smaller overall. Too tight across toes, toe box also not deep enough, tight across top of foot (if you have a high-instep like me these will be too tight across the top of your foot). The insoles are not the supportive cork ones you usually see in Alegria footwear. These boots have the bamboo charcoal odor control ones. They have ZERO arch support. Also, the Rowen has more of a tractor/tire tread sole which provide great winter traction for me in Minnesota. The Frankie has a very different sole. Doesn’t have as much traction/smoother surface so I’m not sure how slip-resistant it would be.

This boot does not have the usual supportive cork insole Alegria is known for. It’s a different bamboo charcoal odor absorbing insole that is basically a thin piece of foam, like Dr.Scholl’s, and there is ZERO support. Even with that thin insole and the thinnest socks, these boots are narrow and tight overall. Also, the toe box is not deep enough, so you can’t replace with a better insole. Also too tight for my high arches.
